20060829 蓮の季節は終わったよ
t-mtさんのブログを見ていたら、今年は蓮を見に行くことができなかったのがだんだんと残念になってきました。
我が家でも何度か蓮の栽培を試みてきたのですが、なかなかうまくいかないものです。不退寺さんから株分けしていただいた白蓮は咲いてくれましたが、後が続きませんでした。
どうやら、環境が悪いようです。
爪紅単弁の花が大好きなのですが、道は遠い・・・。
写真は我が家に数年前に来た原始蓮。これも葉はよく上りましたが、花は咲きませんでした。
そんなこともあって、我が家ではこの秋一騒動予定されています。

あ、これは植え付けの段階の写真で、やはり鉢に植えた後は水を張って、メダカを入れました。
